William Frederick Nolthenius Jr, age 91, of Schwenksville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Agatha (Schweiger) Nolthenius, with whom he shared over 66 years of marriage.

Born February 11, 1931, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William Frederick, Sr. and Julia (Dodge) Nolthenius.

William was a United States Air Force veteran, serving during Korea, and achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, carpentry, cooking, traveling, and fast cars. He was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports teams. His passion was his family, and he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, William K. Nolthenius and his wife Janet, and Robert J. Nolthenius and his wife, Patricia; grandson, William C. Nolthenius and his wife, Shannon; granddaughters, Allison Myers and her husband, Tim; Lisa M. Comly and her husband, Richardson, and Christine A. Nolthenius. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.

A funeral service for William will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in William's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
