Tony Lamar Betts, age 56, of Pottstown, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Ruth Ann Reinford-Betts, with whom he shared over 11 years of marriage.

Born March 19, 1965, in Pottstown, he was a son of Sylvia (Grimes) Betts and the late Calvin Betts, Sr.

Tony enjoyed reading, studying, and researching.  Also enjoyed working on his Harley Davidson and fishing. Most importantly he loved his family and cherished the times they spent together.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children Eric, William, Tony Jr., Christopher, Tiffany, and her husband Juan Garcia; grandsons Tony III, Julian, Jayson, Karter, TJ, Nico, and Santino; granddaughters Karlie, Liliana, Jude, Ava, Arabella, Sophia, Dalylah and Zoe; great granddaughter Kali; brothers Calvin Jr., Tracey, Fletcher, Van, Brian, and Ian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his brother Leroy.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 PM on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Rivet Canteen and Assembly, 238 E. High Street, Pottstown, PA 19464, where the family will greet guests from 2:00 – 2:30 PM. Interment will be private.
