Timothy J. Eckert, 53, of Harleysville, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday night, February 17, 2023. He and his wife, Mary D. (Engler) Eckert, celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary on November 5th of last year.

Born July 28, 1969, in Syracuse, NY, he was the son of John "Jack" and Sandra "Sandy" (McGhan) Eckert of Liverpool, NY. He was a 1987 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and attended Binghamton University.

Along with his wife, Tim began Eckert Landscapes, Inc. of Harleysville, PA, twenty years ago. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. He enjoyed traveling, exercising, the beach, and attending and taking part in his children's activities. Tim always looked forward to spending quality time with his wife, his kids and his friends by his pool in the summer months.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by three children, Tyler, Jordan and Madison Eckert at home; three sisters, Cindy Edelstein and her husband, Glenn, of Cazenovia, NY, Debbie Eckert-Ross and her husband, Alex, of Liverpool, NY, and Jennifer Thorn and her husband, Paul, of Pennellville, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 10-10:45 am on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA, where the public Funeral Mass will begin at 11 am. Burial will be private for the family at St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont, PA. For those desiring, contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
