Thelma Ann (Pilecki) Fretz, a long-time resident of Harleysville, PA, passed away Wednesday morning, May 11, 2022.

Thelma was born October 8, 1946, in Norristown, PA to the late Pauline (Vance) and Alexander Pilecki. She was a 1965 graduate of Collegeville-Trappe High School.

Thelma was employed for over 40 years with Teleflex. She began as a switchboard operator and soon moved to executive support, where she remained for the majority of her career. Prior to retiring, Thelma served as Executive Director of the Teleflex Foundation, guiding the philanthropic priorities and activities of the corporation.

Thelma was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lansdale, PA. Her hobbies included gardening, yoga, cross stitch, and long walks, especially around Green Lane Park. She volunteered with the Grand View Hugger's Club as a cuddler for the neonatal care unit. Her grandchildren brought her great joy and were the highlights of her life. Favorite travel destinations included California and the New Jersey shore. She loved the ocean and relished visits to the shore with her family and friends.

Thelma is survived by her children Donald C. Fretz, Jr. of Telford, PA, and Sharon A. (Patrick) Koestler of Doylestown, PA; grandchildren Aidan and Declan Koestler; four siblings: Alexander "Bud" (the late Helen) Pilecki of Lansdale, PA; James V. (Suzanne) Pilecki of Warrington, PA; John T. (Laura) Pilecki, of St. Augustine, FL; and Paula J. (Marion Weinreb) Pilecki of Petaluma, CA. She is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 9:30 - 10:45 on Friday, May 20, 2022, at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford (Franconia Twp.), PA, where the public memorial service will begin at 10:45am.
