Stanley Leon Mayew, Sr. of Souderton, PA, at the age of 101, passed away on July 13, 2025. He was born on April 10, 1924, to the late Patricia Karusaukas and Anthony Mayew.

He is survived by a daughter, Lori Cassel; and a son, Stanley L. Mayew, Jr.; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Elda, in 2006; son-in-law, Timothy Cassel, in 1973; five sisters, Margaret, Alice, Selma, Mary, and Francis; three brothers, William, Anthony, and Justin; and two grandsons, Stanley L. Mayew, III and Louis Mayew.

Stanley served two years in the 5th Army in the Italian campaign during WW II.

He retired from Union Carbine in 1989.

He was a member of Central Schwenkfelder Church of Worcester, an avid golfer, loved doing flea marketing, and repairing things.
