Shirley Dorothy Mayhew, age 90, of Souderton, passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Laurie Nelson Mayhew, with whom she shared over 70 years of marriage.

Born July 18, 1935, in Furlong, PA, she was a daughter of the late Clifford and Dorothy (Nase) Lukens.

In addition to her husband Laurie, she is survived by her children, Steven Mayhew, and Jeffrey Mayhew and his wife Linda; grandchildren Steve Jr. and his wife Krissa, Maura, Kyle and his wife Anna, Ashley and her husband Tyler Bachman, Shannon and Kristy; great-grandchildren Quinn, Rowan, Colton, Harper, Wyatt, Sawyer, Cheyenne, Baily and Liam; and sister Jeanette Powel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her son Darrin Mayhew, brother Clifford Lukens, sister and brother-in-law Naomi Rufe and her husband Frank, and brother-in-law Ed Powel.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday October 18, 2025, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Telford, where the family will greet guests from 2:00 – 2:45 PM.

Memorial contributions in Shirley's name may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
