Sharon DeRoner Floro, 68, a resident of Souderton, PA since 1998, formerly of North Wales, PA, passed away gently and peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday evening, August 28, 2021, at Abington Hospital. She and her husband, J. Douglas Floro, would have celebrated their 41 ^st wedding anniversary on October 4 ^th of this year.

Born September 17, 1952, in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Albert C. and Karma Jeanne (Dietz) DeRoner. She was a 1970 graduate of William Allen High School in Allentown, PA, and earned her bachelor's degree at Temple University. Doug and Sherry met at Ambler campus in September 1970 and were close friends from the first day they met.

Sharon was an active member of Indian Valley Faith Fellowship where she taught second and third grade children's church. She was a devoted and dedicated wife and mother who cherished time with her family above all else. She loved Christmas, the beach, a good restaurant and was always ready for a celebration. She was actively involved with Doug in all their business ventures, and she had a special place in the hearts of their last business, MFB Wealth Management, Inc.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Matthew Floro of Tampa, FL, Nicole Floro of Souderton, PA, Joshua Floro and his wife, Julie, of Souderton, PA, and Andrew Floro of Souderton, PA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Karen Sup.

Family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Friday, September 17, 2021, at Indian Valley Faith Fellowship, 190 Maple Avenue, Harleysville, PA 19438, and again on Saturday from 9-11am. Friends are also invited to the memorial service at 11am on Saturday at the church. Interment will be private at Zion Memorial Gardens in Franconia, PA.
