Samuel John Cook, born in Lansdale, PA. Sam passed away at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, March 28, 2022, at the age of 45. He took the Hand of Jesus and entered into Heaven.

Samuel loved to collect memorabilia of Elvis, cars and Golden Girls to name a few. He enjoyed and collected DVDs of classic TV shows such as The A Team, Dukes of Hazzard and Knight Rider.  He attended and enjoyed Family Worship Center, Lansdale.

He is survived by his mother Carol Brandt Cook, 3 brothers, David P. Cook, Robert F. Cook, Mark Stahl, 9 nephews, 2 nieces, 4 great nephews, 5 great nieces and many cousins. He was preceded by his brother Richard J. Cook, 2 nephews Robert F. Cook III, Austin Seibert. Funeral Services will be held at Family Worship Center, 1000 Troxel Road, Lansdale, PA on Friday, April 8, 2022, at 12:00 PM, a viewing will take place from 11:00 AM– 12:00 PM. Burial at George Washington Memorial Park, 80 Stenton Avenue, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462
