Sabine Parker Rose Hoermann, 23, of Harleysville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 8, 2022.

Born in Danbury, CT, she was a daughter of Thomas and MaryAnn Hoermann.  She was a graduate of Souderton Area High School, class of 2017.

She was a gifted artist and had an adventurous spirit.  She loved animals and was a supporter of animal rights and transgender rights. Sabine was a kind and gentle soul with an infectious laugh and a smile that could light up a room.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Ben Hoermann (Katie), sister Emma Hoermann, paternal grandmother Maria Hoermann, and maternal grandparents Rosemary and Christopher West.  She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and her beloved cats, Snuggles and Meow-Meow.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Richard Hoermann.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, September 15, from 6-8 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford 18969 and again on Friday, September 16 from 10-10:45 AM at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield 19440, a Funeral Mass will follow at 11 AM.  Interment will be in Christ Lutheran Cemetery.
