Robert "Bob" Franklin Tuttle, 83, passed into the eternal presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early Saturday morning, October 18, 2025, at The Community at Rockhill in Sellersville, PA, where he resided for less than a year. He and his wife, Nancy E. (Kelley) Tuttle, celebrated their 56th wedding anniversary on August 2nd of this year. They were former residents of Telford, PA, and Elverson, PA.

Born February 4, 1942, in Wilmington, DE, he was a son of the late Norman J. and Josephine C. (Laubach) Tuttle. He was a 1960 graduate of Norristown High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was employed for 31 years with PECO, retiring in 1994. After retiring from PECO, he was employed at Biblical Theological Seminary for about 10 years.

Bob attended Renew Bible Church in Perkasie, PA, and was a former member of Grace Bible Church in Souderton, PA where he and his wife were actively involved in senior high and young adult ministries. His hobbies included golf, tennis, hunting, and skiing. He greatly enjoyed volunteering his handyman skills at church, on mission trips, and for anyone who had a need. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing baseball and softball as a catcher in several leagues.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Susan Neill and her husband, Dustin, and their son Declan, of Sellersville, PA. He is also survived by two siblings, Donald Tuttle and his wife, Carole, in Lewisberry, PA, and Joanne E. Graffam and her husband, Alan, of Rochester, NY; and a sister-in-law, Mary Ellen Tuttle of Defiance, OH. Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive Bob.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Norman "Bud" J. Tuttle, Jr.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 8, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where the family will receive friends from 9:30-10:45 AM. Interment will be private.
