Robert P. Ribelin, 54, of Schwenksville, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025. He was the husband of Kim Ribelin.
Born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Rob was the son of Charles Anna Ribelin and the late Paul T. Ribelin, Sr.
He graduated from William Byrd High School in Vinton, Virginia and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Radford University and a Master of Science degree from University of Cincinnati.
Rob worked for Innospec Performance Chemicals. During Rob's career at Innospec he worked as a sales manager and then sales director developing relationships with and taking care of his customers. He used his expertise in chemistry to ensure his customers' needs were met by the products the company manufactured. He was a consummate professional.
Throughout his life, Rob had a passion for the outdoors spending time fishing and camping stemming from his involvement in Scouting. Rob is an Eagle Scout. Rob loved to help others and offered his time freely without hesitation. He volunteered with service projects in Scouting on Eagle Scout projects as well as through his church helping others rebuild their homes from natural disasters.
Rob loved music, any type of music. He loved teaching others and sharing what he knew. He was involved in coaching his sons' baseball, soccer and basketball teams while they were growing up. Rob was a friend to all. He was always seeing the brighter side of things. Simply one of those genuinely authentic individuals that seemed to always lift the spirits of those around him.
In addition to his wife, Kim, and mother Charles Anna, Rob is survived by his three children, Ethan, Calvin and Dylan Ribelin; his brothers, Paul (Chip) T. Ribelin, Jr. and Bryan Ribelin; sister-in-law Dawn Tillson and Susan Ribelin; niece Amber Mason; and nephews Joshua Ribelin and Steven (Alex) Ribelin.
The family will receive friends from 1:00PM - 2:45PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Advent Lutheran Church, 470 Landis Road, Harleysville where a funeral service will be held at 3:00PM. Interment will follow at Limerick Garden of Memories.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Advent Lutheran Church, at the above address. Please have Memorial Fund on memo line.
