Robert B. Clauss, Jr., 84, of Lansdale, PA, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Sarah R. Clauss, with whom he shared 66 years of marriage.

Born in Allentown, PA, Robert was the son of the late Robert B. Clauss, Sr., and Elsie Stettler. He graduated from William Allen High School in 1958 and went on to serve as Vice President of Design and Production at Sterling Models in Philadelphia, PA for many years.  Robert also established his own model aviation company, Today's Hobbies, in Hatfield, PA.

Robert found great joy in building and flying model airplanes. However, his greatest love was for his family, with whom he shared countless cherished moments.

He was a devoted father to Kevin Clauss (Tracy) of Telford, PA; Keith Clauss (Betty) of Ambler, PA; and Kris Clauss (Mandi) of Quakertown, PA. A loving grandfather, to his ten grandchildren: Jesse (Caitlyn), Cody (Robin), Dylan (Shayla), Casey (Lindsay), Tyler (Emily), Alex, Gabriel, Connor, Ryland, and Chesney and two great-grandchildren, Carter and Talia.

Robert is survived by his brother-in-law, Michael Gehringer (Georgie) of Montague, CA, and sister-in-law, Peggy Masi of Avon, CT. He was a cherished uncle, especially to his nephew Eric Masi (Monica), whom he regarded as another son.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Fink, and his great-granddaughter, Ella.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 13, at 6:30 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA 18969. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:30 PM.
