Richard Todd Strouse, age 61, of Hatfield, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Sheri Lynn (Orloski) Strouse, with whom he shared over 40 years of marriage.

Born July 31, 1962 in Quakertown, he was a son of the late William and Alleine (Gardiner) Strouse.

He was employed for 25+ years by Clemens Markets before working for Spring Hill Realty as a residential property manager. Richard enjoyed racing, muscle cars and NASCAR. He was very involved with his grandsons acting as their crew chief when they were racing their quarter midgets. Rich enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters outside riding four wheelers.  Rich's favorite pastime activities were the beach, swimming in his pool and spending time camping in the motorhome with his family.   He was a handy man and loved working on projects. He was very passionate about his family and he cherished the times they spent together. Rich will be remembered as a loving and devoted father and he will be greatly missed.

In addition to his wife Sheri, he is survived by his children Kelli (Strouse) Floczak and her husband Chris of Perkasie, Matthew Strouse and his wife Chelsea of Perkiomenville; grandchildren Brantley, Wyatt, Aleigha, Hunter, Weston and Kaylee; brother William Strouse and his wife Patty of Quakertown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law June (Stiles) Orloski

A viewing for Richard will take place from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, and again on Friday, April 12 from 10:00 -10:45 AM, with services following at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
