Richard Murray Parvin, age 97, of Telford, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024. He was the beloved husband of the late E. Jean Somers Parvin, with whom he shared over 61 years of marriage.

Born December 27, 1926, in Telford, he was a son of the late Raymond and Aneida Shade (Snyder) Parvin.

Rich was a United States Army Veteran, serving during World War II in the Pacific Theater. He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Telford. He was a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, listening to music especially listening to Southern Gospel broadcasts and reading Tom Clancy novels.

He is survived by his daughters Susan R. Keeler and her husband Philip of Harleysville, PA Debra L. Godshall and her husband Glenn of Souderton, PA and Pamela P. Landis and her husband Rick of Leesburg, VA; 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Rich will take place at 3:00 PM on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 107 West Lincoln Avenue, Telford, PA 18969. Interment will be private.
