Richard A. Aveyard, age 88, of Lansdale, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025.

Born December 19, 1936, in Wilmington, he was a son of the late Allen and Alice (Richardson) Aveyard.

Richard served in the U. S. Army in Ethiopia for two years after which he went to Pennsylvania Military College and graduated with a degree in accounting. He traveled the world extensively in his job with Pennwalt Corporation. He enjoyed shopping and antiquing. Richard loved family trips to Williamsburg, VA, and Disney World. He loved the Lord and was a lifelong church member until he was unable to physically attend.

Richard is survived by his daughter Wendy L. Budnick and her husband, David; son David Christian Aveyard; grandchildren Andrew D., Chelsea E., Haley R. and Margaret G Budnick, Anya, Elle and Benjamin Aveyard.

Services for Richard will be private.
