Regina Nice, age 88, of Telford, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Ellwood Nice, with whom she shared over 60 years of marriage.

Born July 24, 1936, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Szekacs) Kurian.

Jeanne was a graduate of Lansdale High School where she played softball and basketball and was elected May Queen.  She was awarded The Chapel of Four Chaplains Legion of Honor Membership in 1979 in recognition of service to all people and received the highest award for leaders within Girl Scouts.   She loved reading and cherished time spent with her family and friends, and especially loved summers at the Jersey shore.

Jeanne is survived by her daughters Jeanne Marie Kelly and her husband John, and Sharon Palmer and her husband Matthew, four grandchildren, one great grandchild and one brother Raymond Kurian and his wife Pauline. She was preceded in death by infant son Ellwood Nice and siblings Frank and Elizabeth (Betty) Kurian.

Funeral services for Regina will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at the Wayside Chapel, Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment will take place at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Regina's name may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
