Raymond C. Ramsey, Jr., 80, of Telford, passed away on March 28, 2024.  He was born on August 24, 1943 in Philadelphia.  He was the son of the late Raymond C. Ramsey, Sr. and Dorothy (Knaub) Ramsey and spent most of his youth in Collegeville.  Ray graduated from Norristown High School and attended Bloomsburg University.

He retired as Vice President of Sales at Allen Envelope Company in Berwyn.  Ray's hobbies included hunting and boating.  He was an avid animal lover and treasured his precious dogs and cats.

Ray was preceded in death by a son, Eugene Bishop Ramsey and by a brother, Robert Eugene Ramsey.

He is survived by his partner of almost 40 years, Margaret Sanderson and a sister, Dorothy (Richard) Opperman of Collegeville.
