Born April 5, 1934, in Franconia, PA on the family farm where he lived his entire life, he was a son of the late Raymond and Stella (Delp) Landis.

Highlights included traveling down the Grand Canyon on mules in the snow, meeting Roy Rogers in person, and seeing the Eagles and Phillies in Hawaii. Paul loved being outside. He enjoyed driving his Ford 8N tractor, mowing the yard, and tinkering around the barn. In his later years, he enjoyed sitting out under the maple tree looking over the family farm and keeping an ever-watchful eye out for the local foxes and groundhogs. He was happiest when surrounded by family and visiting with friends.
