Norma (Frankenfield) Detweiler, 100, formerly of Harleysville, PA and Sellersville, PA, passed away Monday morning, January 23, 2023, at Gwynedd Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center.

Born November 22, 1922 in Souderton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Bertha (Swartz) Frankenfield. Since the age of 15, she was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Souderton, PA, where she taught Sunday school.

Ms. Detweiler worked for the former R. T. French Company for over 30 years, retiring in 1988. Following retirement, she enjoyed babysitting children of all ages for many families in the area. In her younger days, she enjoyed dancing, roller skating and sports of all kinds.

Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Lee Lynch and her husband, Kenneth, of Ambler PA, and Karen Louise Detweiler of Souderton, PA; a son, Todd Lawrence Detweiler of Orange County, CA; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by six siblings, Merrill Frankenfield, Bruce Frankenfield, Gertrude Roth, Alma Frescatore, Larry Frankenfield and Jerry Frankenfield.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 1:30 pm on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA, where family will receive friends for the viewing beginning at 1 pm.
