Neal R. Maiers, 69, of Franconia, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Landis) Maiers.

Born March 6, 1955, in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Albert and Marguerite (Rayburn) Maiers.

After moving to Harleysville, PA, Neal attended Souderton Area High School, met his wife, Linda, and remained happily married for 47 years. Throughout his career as a realtor, Neal met many people and created life-long relationships with coworkers and clients. His outgoing nature and ability to connect with people left a lasting connection with those who had the pleasure of knowing and working with him.

Neal's youth was filled with an appreciation for the outdoors and adventure. He often reveled in activities such as hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling, and he loved spending time at the beach. His adventurous spirit also gave him a life-long drive for excitement and thrills. Neal cherished the company of friends and loved to share his passions and adventures with them. His vibrant spirit and love for socializing made him the life of the party and brought joy and laughter to those around him.

The greatest joy in Neal's life was his family. He enjoyed cheering for his children on and off the sports fields. His love for his wife, his support for his children, and the joy he found in his grandchildren were the cornerstones of his life.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Kelly Luke and her husband, Patrick, of Harleysville, and Stacey Fleissner and her husband, Richard, of Kenilworth, NJ; his siblings, Steve, Glenn, and Leslie Maiers; and his grandchildren, Bennett, Logan, Jackson, Jace, Evelyn, and Weston.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 3 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA 18969. Friends are invited to greet the family on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 5-6:30 PM at the funeral home and again on Saturday from 2-3 PM.
