Mildred Anne “Sue” Schramm, age 88, of Hatfield, passed away on Sunday October 11, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late John George Schramm, with whom she shared over 34 years of marriage.

Born October 15, 1937, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Waetjen and Mildred Freeth.

Sue enjoyed sewing, gardening and watching her children and grandchildren’s sporting events. Her family was her joy, and she cherished the times they spent together.

Sue is survived by her children Cindy Keucher and her husband William, Linda Baranoski and her husband Michael, Lisa Morrison and her husband Mark, Peter Schramm and his wife Robyn; son-in-law Jon Apple; grandchildren David Apple and his wife Chelsea, Joshua Apple and his wife Tessa, Michael Baranoski and his wife Anna, Matthew Baranoski and his wife Elizabeth, Christopher Baranoski, John Morrison and his wife Emily, James Morrison, Jack Schramm, Nathan Schramm, Alec Keucher and 6 great-grandchildren; She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter Susan Schramm-Apple and brother Edwin Waetjen.

Funeral services for Sue will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday October 17, 2026, at Friedens United Church of Christ, 1011 Church Road, Sumneytown, PA 18084, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Hilltown Baptist Church Cemetery.
