Mary Beth Thompson, 65, of Pennsburg, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 7, 2023, at St. Luke's Hospice in Bethlehem, PA., after a long battle with Parkinson's disease.

Born October 8, 1957, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Patricia (Cullinan) Thompson.

Mary Beth spent part of her childhood in Maple Shade, NJ, followed by growing up in Lansdale, PA. She attended Lansdale Catholic High School, class of 1976. She went on to Sacred Heart and became an LPN and then to Hahnemann Hospital for her BSN. She specialized in orthopedics for most of her career; then, she traveled the country as a travel nurse.

She enjoyed traveling, camping, her dogs, and her family, as she was the family historian.
She is survived by her siblings, Teresa Lodge and her husband, William, of Lansdale, Cindy McGuire and her husband, Jerry, of Harleysville, and Christopher Thompson of Nashville; five nieces and nephews; and nine great nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass at 10:30 AM on Monday, January 16, 2023, at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 51 Lansdale Ave. Lansdale, PA 19446, where friends may greet the family from 9:30-10:15 AM.
