Mario J. Graglia, 93, of Harleysville, died on Monday, November 1, 2021.  He was the husband of the late Doris Graglia.

Born in New York City, he was a son of the late Pompeo and Rose (Samarotto) Graglia.  Mario received his bachelor's degree from City College of New York, class of 1952.  He served in the United States Navy and Navy Reserve from 1946-1953.

Mario worked as a chemical engineer for DuPont, Sun Chemical, Cities Services and Passaic Valley Sewage Commissioners.

He enjoyed bridge, reading, mycology and hiking.   He was a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

He is survived by his children, Marilyn Pastre (Neil) of Langhorne, PA, Matthew Graglia of Fairless Hills, PA, and Peter Graglia (Francine) of Horsham, PA; and three grandchildren, Luke Graglia of Brooklyn, NY, Eva Graglia of Philadelphia and Marissa Pastre of New York City, NY.   He was preceded in death by an infant son, Paul.

A funeral Mass will be held at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, November 10, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Rd., Hatfield, 19440, where the family will receive friends from 12-12:30.  Interment will be private in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
