Margaret M. (Deviney) Franks, age 68, of Harleysville, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at home with her family by her side. Peggy was the beloved wife of Robert J. Franks, with whom she shared over 39 years of marriage.

Born on April 28, 1955, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Joseph T. and Anna M. (Canney) Deviney.

Peggy was a proud alumni of Lansdale Catholic High School, class of 1973, and a devoted health care worker for over 40 years. She took great pleasure in the little things: a hot cup of tea, enjoying the sunset with family, and rooting for the Phillies and Eagles. Her smile, laugh and her unforgettable hugs will be greatly missed by family and friends. In addition to her husband, Robert, she is survived by her children, Daniel Franks and Catherine Haley and her husband, Andrew; siblings, Joseph P. Deviney (Donna) and Barbara Ann Deviney; and sister in-law, Margaret Deviney. Peggy is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family as well as many loving friends. She was
preceded in death by her brother, Michael J. Deviney; and her twin brother, Daniel J. Deviney.

A viewing will take place from 12:00 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford.
