Margaret "Peggy" A. Schwartz, age 87, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday morning, July 19, 2022, from her daughter's residence. She was the wife of the late James L. Schwartz, who died in 2004.

Peggy was born at home in Trappe, PA to the late Ralph H. and Emma Elizabeth (Godshall) Jones. After high school, she graduated from Grand View Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1958, as an R.N. Her medical career employment was Grand View Hospital, now Grand View Health, and Tri-Valley Primary Care, Perkasie, PA.

Peggy was a member of Penn Valley Grace Brethren Church, Telford, PA o for over 57 years, where she was the organist and a member of the ladies trio.  Her hobbies included cooking, baking, sewing, knitting, bird watching, gardening, singing and connecting with her nursing friends.  She had a huge love for God's word, the Bible.

She is survived by three children: Ken Schwartz and wife Ruth of Cusseta, AL, Kathi Peters and husband David of Souderton, PA, and Jeff Schwartz and wife Beth of Quakertown, PA; siblings, Stanley Jones and wife Nancy of Hatfield, PA and Mary Burns, wife of the late Sam Burns, Souderton, PA; grandchildren: Peter and wife Sarah Schwartz of Los Angeles, CA, Greg and wife Jaime Schwartz of Philadelphia, PA, Carese, wife of Jeff Kenitz of Perkiomenville, PA , Candi, wife of Robert Schade of Smithtown, NY, Luke Peters of Albuquerque, NM, Elyssa, wife of Evan Kocon of Bethlehem, PA, and Cameron Schwartz, husband of Katie of Warminster, PA; and great-grandchildren: Aria Kenitz, Theo Kenitz, Taylor Kocon and Caylee Schade.

In addition to her husband James, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Phillip Schwartz; and siblings, Harold Jones, Betty Landis, and Ruthie Landis.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Service Tuesday, August 9, 10:30AM at Penn Valley Church, 320 N. Third St., Telford, PA 18969. There will be no visitation prior to the service. The family will greet friends after the service in the Family Worship Center at Penn Valley Church.
