Marcia Ruth Goldberg, 80, of Milford Twp., passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of Michael Goldberg, with whom she shared 61 years of marriage. Born in New York, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Yetta Selzer.
She was a graduate of Hofstra University, class of 1962, and taught public school. She also taught GED classes on Fort Brag in North Carolina. For most of her life, Marcia worked as a Life Coach and was certified through the International Coach Federation and the Coaches Training Institute. She had a long association with Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Centered in Lenox Massachusetts, as a beloved teacher, presenter and interim director.
Marcia was a wonderful wife, sister, mother and friend. She had a positive influence on everyone through her gentleness, guidance, wisdom and love. She was always there for her loved ones with open arms and an open heart. The world was always better knowing and loving her. We will carry her in our hearts forever.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jeffrey Goldberg and his wife, India; a daughter, Deborah Slotterbach and her husband, Bryan; grandsons, Tyler and Evan Slotterbach; brother, Michael Selzer and his wife, Amy; nephew, Joel Selzer and his wife, Piya; niece, Judy Selzer; and great-niece and nephews, Macsen, Miya and Marcus.
Services for Marica will be private.
