Madelyn O'Brien, 92, of Harleysville, died on Thursday, March 31, 2022.  She was the wife of the late Edward "Wally" O'Brien.

Born in Laconia, NH, she was a daughter of the late S. Oakleigh and Dorothy Swain.   Madelyn had worked as a pre-school teacher at Merchantville Baptist Church in New Jersey.  She enjoyed gardening.  Most of all she was a devoted, wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen Blickley (Joseph), Phillips O'Brien (Elizabeth), Terrence O'Brien (Cynthia), and Edward O'Brien (Joanne); grandchildren, Katie, Megan, Todd, James, Keith, Coleen, Lia and Ari; and great grandchildren, Dominic, Gavin and Aiden.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969, where the family will receive friends from 10-10:45 AM.
