Lillian Kathleen Wonder, 95, of Harleysville, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023.  She was the wife of the late William M. Wonder.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lillian Young. Lillian was a graduate of Lansdale High School.

Lillian met William (her husband of 70 years) after World War II, fell in love and moved to New York to support him as he began his new career as a pilot.  Lillian and William had two wonderful children, Billy and James, and they built a marvelous life in New York together.  She worked as the curator for Garvies Point Museum and Preserve in Nassau County, NY.  Lillian found a lovely one-room schoolhouse in Harleysville that she restored and refinished which was her pride and joy.  She also enjoyed tending to her garden.  Lillian and William retired to Harleysville and adored time with all their friends, family and especially their grandson Brandon.

She is survived by her sons Billy and James, grandson Brandon and a nephew Thomas Young.

A viewing will be held on Monday, January 30, from 5-6:45 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969, where a service will be held at 7 PM.
