Kathleen Marie (Weller) Ziegler, 59, of Telford, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Scott Ziegler, to whom she was married for over 38 years.
Born April 2, 1966, in Salfordville, she was a daughter of the late Clifford "Tippy" and Jeanne M. (Powell) Weller.
As much as we'd love to list everything Kathy has done, the last thing she would want is to make her own obituary all about her. Because she lived her life as if it were all about you. So she can show you, even in the smallest way, through her life, who Jesus is.
Maybe you weren't close to her. Maybe you crossed paths once, in a waiting room, a hallway, a Sunday morning when you barely made it. Maybe she sat with you when your heart was hurting, prayed for you by name for years without you even knowing, or maybe she just showed up in the middle of your hardest moment and made it a little lighter to carry. She was good at that. You could find Kathy beside a stranger in an infusion center the same way you'd find her riding Wally around the property with her grandbabies, searching for deer, picking wildflowers, in no hurry to be anywhere else. It didn't matter if she'd known you for five minutes or a lifetime. When you were with Kathy, you were the only person in the world.
She served families driving a bus for 26 years, planted a church, counseled couples through broken and beautiful marriages, sat with cancer patients who needed someone in their corner, and spent countless hours in prayer for people who would never know how many times she went to God on their behalf. Kathy truly taught us what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and if you're reading this, I'm sure you've experienced it. To know Kathy is to know her impact.
She was deeply loved, and she loved deeply. Now she's home, and we have no doubt that the moment she arrived, she heard exactly what she spent her whole life living toward.
"Well done, good and faithful servant."
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children Teanna Blees and her husband, William, of Telford, and Clifford Ziegler and his wife, Victoria, of Telford; her siblings, Debra Kerr, Tricia Price, Sandra Ramsey, Janine Mahoney, Daniel Weller, Donald Weller, and David Weller; and her grandchildren, Sofia, Emma, Beau, Zoe, and Zaya.
