June Breslin age 83 of Franconia Twp. passed away on January 3, 2024, at Doylestown Hospital with her husband by her side. Born June 12, 1940, in Lansdale Pa. June was the daughter of the late Irvin and Alma McManus, Souderton Pa. and sister to the late James McManus, Pine Grove Pa.
June was and always will be the beloved wife of Gregory F Breslin. "40 wonderful years of marriage was never long enough".
June worked for the William Penn Inn in the "Commonwealth Club" as a member of their Wait Staff. She then successfully started her own home and office cleaning service, which she enjoyed for many years. June's entrepreneurial spirit led her into the Wood Craft business. June had a real flair for arts and crafts. She designed and manufactured unique "seasonal" interior and exterior wood products, that she sold at local craft stores, and juried craft fairs throughout Montgomery and Bucks counties. June's interest also included real estate. Over her last 40 years living in Franconia Twp. she successfully designed, built, acquired, rented and sold many homes in Pennsylvania and the Delaware shore.
Above and beyond her many business interests her family; children, GRAND and GREAT GRAND children were always #1.
Going to "Nannys" house was always a treat and an event. June loved to entertain, she was a fantastic cook and baker. You never left "Nannys" house hungry.
June loved animals and in recent years donated to "Last Chance Ranch" animal rescue. Her love of dogs, French poodles were her favorite. "Molly", her 2 yr. old Poodle was her close companion, always there always ready to play always eager to please.
With her many accomplishments, June forever stayed true to her values. "Honest and fair," "Be mindful of others, always be willing to help." To friends and to family, in good times and in bad times, "Never ever be afraid to express how you truly feel from your mind and heart."
In addition to her husband Gregory, June is survived by her children Joseph Polito of Collegeville, PA, Michael Polito of Chickamauga, GA; grandchildren Daulton Polito of Lower Pottsgrove, PA, Alyssa Polito of Chickamauga, GA; great grandchildren Dustin Polito and Aurora Polito of Lower Pottsgrove, PA, Sinta Scribner and Alaya Taylor of Chickamagua, GA, and her cousin Steven Hatzi of Wilmington, DE.
Services for June will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in June's name may be made to her favorite charity Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue, 9 Beck Road, Quakertown, PA 18951.
