Judith "Judy" Ann Detwiler, age 68, of Souderton, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

Born November 7, 1955, in Parkerford, PA, she was a daughter of the late Richard K. and Effie D. (Cook) Detwiler.

Judy was a graduate of Cedar Crest College, earning her bachelor's degree in social work and later earning her master's degree in social work from Marywood University. She was employed by Grand View Hospital working in the Intensive Care Coronary Care Department for over 20 years. She was also employed by NOVA (Network of Victim Assistance) for 20 years, and later worked privately with social work clients. In her youth, Judy was a volunteer firefighter for Line Lexington Fire Company. Judy enjoyed spending time in the mountains, visiting Lancaster and dining out. She loved to work on crafts, traveling and helping others.

Judy is survived by her housemate Arlene Stillwater of Souderton; brothers Thomas Detwiler of Line Lexington, and Michael Detwiler and his wife Cynthia of Souderton; nieces Tracy Clemens and her husband Mike of Souderton, and Tara Kieser and her husband Robert of Trout Run, PA; great nieces and nephews Allison, Cameron, and Alaina Clemens of Souderton, and Mackenzie, Ciara, Jon, and Mason Kieser of Trout Run.

A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2023, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM.
