Joy S. Clemmer, 96, of Zieglerville, formerly of Upper Salford Township, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late Harvey A. Clemmer.

Born in Red Hill, Joy was the daughter of the late Paul and Bertha Sweisford.

She was a graduate of Pennsburg High School and devoted more than 35 years to Hennings Market, where she worked in the deli department.

Joy enjoyed playing bingo and spending time doing jigsaw puzzles and word search games on her iPad. She enjoyed spending time and lunches with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Urbanski (Matthew); daughter-in-law Cyd Clemmer, two granddaughters, Jennifer Lackner (Rob) and Erika Clemmer; three great-grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, and Kelsie; and three sisters, Joan Bubb, Jane McMullen, and Julia Slotter.

In addition to her husband and parents, Joy was preceded in death by her son, Jan Clemmer, and her sister, Jean Tornetta.

Services for Joy will be announced at a later date.
