Joseph "Jay" Scipione Jr., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

Born February 4, 1960, in Philadelphia, he was the son of Joseph Sr. and Anne (Rissi) Scipione.

Jay was an avid reader. He loved to cook and bake and decorate for holidays.  He also loved to collect "I Love Lucy" memorabilia. Jay volunteered at Philadelphia FIGHT, and was known as a kind, compassionate, caring, loving and hard-working individual who was accepting of all people.  He will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters, Melinda Bell and her husband, Wesley, and Martina Scipione; and niece and nephew, Madeleine Bell and Dominic Bell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles from the local area.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 13 at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment will be private.
