Jean (Erb) Gamble, 93, of Deerfield Beach, FL, formerly of Harleysville, died on February 11, 2022.  She was the wife of the late Richard Gamble.

Born August 26, 1928, in Lower Salford, she was a daughter of the late William and Violet Erb.  Jean worked with her husband doing bookkeeping for his roofing business in Harleysville.

She was an active member of New Eden Fellowship Church, until moving to Florida in 2001.  She was a member of Lansdale YMCA, where she swam three days a week and received an award for swimming 1000 miles.  Jean enjoyed playing cards with friends, making puzzles and was a loyal Philadelphia Phillies fan.

She is survived by a daughter, Patricia Erb of Deerfield Beach, FL; a sister, Leora Timmons of Souderton, PA; a brother, William Erb of Turlock, CA; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, April 28 at Eden Mennonite Cemetery, Cemetery Ln. and Hillcrest Ave., Schwenksville, PA, 19473.
