Jay D. Newman, 73, of Quakertown, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late John and Valorie Newman.

Jay was a graduate of upper Dublin High School and worked as a machinist for Penn Engineering, and A.E.R.C.  He enjoyed traveling and photography.

He is survived by two sons, Shawn Newman and his wife Angela and Michael Newman and his wife Robyn; and a brother, David Newman.

Services for Jay will be announced at a later date.
