Jane M. (O'Neill) Mulligan, age 78, of Souderton, passed away on February 2, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Earl C. "Chaley" Mulligan, Jr.

Born December 26, 1943, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Adeline (Walker) O'Neill.

Jane enjoyed dancing, dining out, shopping, cooking and arts and crafts. She loved decorating for Christmas as it was her most passionate hobby. What she cherished most was her family and the times they spent together.

She is survived by her children, Barbara, Steven, Debra, Michael, Tracy and Eugene; stepson, James; grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael, Anthony, Tara, Mark, Ashley, Madison, Sydney, and Quinn; great grandchildren, Anthony, Jr., Jeremy, Aubri, Grace, Zoe, Emily, Vivian, Marco, and Madison; and siblings, Robert and Daniel O' Neill.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Leo, John, Thomas, Geraldine, William, Dolores, Joseph.

Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, where the family will greet guests from 9:00- 9:45 AM. Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken.

Memorial donations in Jane's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
