James B. Landis, age 78, of Lansdale, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Marie (Romanik) Landis, with whom he shared over 32 years of marriage.

Born December 25, 1943, in Sellersville, he was the son of the Late Linford J. and Katie W. (Bergey) Landis.

James was a part owner of Phillips 66 in Souderton, PA and was a manager at Bergey's in Perkasie. He loved to go fishing in Potter and Tioga counties and hunting in Potter County. He enjoyed antiques and going to auctions and flea markets. They also owned Landis Antiques, a small self-owned company, for 24 years. His true passion was his family, and he cherished the times they spent together.

In addition to his wife, Marie, he is survived by his children, Lauren Krautheim and her husband, Eric, of Harleysville, PA, Lynn Arduser and her husband, Ron, of Monticell, IA, and James B. Landis, Jr. and his wife, Kim, of Tylersport; step-daughters, Trisha Agnoli and her husband, Ed, of Souderton, PA, Tanya Mazzanti and her husband, Darren, of Perkiomenville, PA, and Teri Hoffman of Schwenksville, PA; grandchildren, Justin and Nicholas Krautheim, Evan, Leah, Noah and Joel Arduser, Jacob and Josh Mazzanti, and Alec, Alyssa, Alivia and Austin Hoffman; and siblings, Dorothy Haberle and husband, Jeryl, and Richard B. Landis and his wife, Faye. He was preceded in death by siblings, Catherine Campbell and Linford Landis.

A funeral service for James will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday May 26, 2022, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
