Hayden Frederick Evans, age 76, of Telford, passed away at his home surrounded by family on Friday, October 13, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Rose M. (Kagarise) Evans, with whom he shared over 53 years of marriage.

Born January 11, 1947, in Scranton, PA, he was a son of the Late Hayden S. and Letitia (Howells) Evans.

Hayden was a United States Army Veteran. He worked at his family's restaurant for many years - Let's Drive-In of Souderton but he was a draftsman by profession. He worked for various fabricators as well as owning his own business – Evans' Steel Detailing. Later in his career, he returned to food service as the manager of Rosenberger's Dairy Wagon in Hatfield. In his younger years, he enjoyed playing sports like baseball, softball, and racquetball. He later took up hobbies like fishing and working with stained glass.  Hayden loved being a grandparent and his passion was his family.  He cherished the time he spent with them.

In addition to his wife Rose, he is survived by his children Marsha Evans and her husband Jason Seachrist, Ted Evans and his wife Esther; 3 grandsons Mitchell Evans, Alexander Evans, and Hayden Grice; sister Dale Moe and her husband Dale; brother Richard Evans and his wife Janis; brother-in-law John Wilson. He was preceded in death by his sister Jean Wilson.

A viewing for Hayden will take place from 4:00 – 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, and again on Monday from 10:00 - 10:45 AM, where service will immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place in Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
