Harold A. Hunsicker, 92, a long-time resident of Franconia Township, PA, passed away Sunday evening, December 22, 2024, at Grand View Hospital with family by his side. He and his wife, Patricia J. (Hedrick) Hunsicker, celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on February 20th of this year.

Born April 17, 1932, in Hilltown Township, PA, he was a son of the late Nari Lester and Elsie (Algard) Hunsicker.

Mr. Hunsicker was a dairy and crop farmer all of his life. He loved living and working on his farm on Hunsicker Road and was a devoted steward of the land. He was also a long-time member of Zwingli United Church of Christ.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Bryan Hunsicker and his wife, Nancy, of Franconia, PA, and Bradley Hunsicker and his wife, Jodie, of Franconia, PA; eight grandchildren, Todd, Keith, Denise, Kevin, Stephen, Liz, Jenna, and Brendan; and three great grandchildren, Clint, Chase and Colbi. He is also survived by three brothers, Ray, Lee and Larry Hunsicker.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda Meehl (wife of Rick Meehl) in February of 2005. He was also preceded in death by an infant daughter; four sisters, Pauline Bartholomew, Jean Tice, Merlie Metz, and Marian Reifinger; and a brother, Kenneth Hunsicker.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 am on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Zwingli United Church of Christ, 350 Wile Avenue, Souderton, PA 18964, where family will receive friends for his viewing from 9:30-10:45 am. Burial will follow at Leidy's Cemetery.
