Gloria June Zeigler, 91, of Lansdale, entered into the presence of her Lord on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at Dock Woods Community, where she had been a resident for the past 22 years.

Born on March 8, 1934, in Hainton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry A. and Phyllis R. (Koons) Gutshall. She was the beloved wife of the late Rev. Paul C. Zeigler, with whom she shared 54 years of marriage.

Gloria trained as a nurse at Polyclinic Hospital, where she was honored with the Florence Nightingale Award for Nursing. She faithfully supported her husband's ministry, first in planting the Pottstown Church of the Nazarene and later during his pastorate at Temple of Divine Love in Philadelphia.

She will be remembered for her gracious hospitality and her love of simple joys—tending flower beds, cooking and entertaining, playing board games, and working on jigsaw puzzles. For many years she played Words with Friends online, allowing her to keep in touch with family and friends at a distance. Her greatest joy was her family, and she treasured every moment spent together.

Gloria is survived by her children: Timothy P. Zeigler and his wife Elizabeth of Collegeville; Donna J. Wade and her husband Blair of Allentown; Joseph L. Zeigler and his wife Michelle of Schwenksville; Jennifer K. Zeigler of Lansdale; and Jonathan D. Zeigler of Lancaster. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and her brother Roy A. Gutshall of Harrisburg. In addition to her parents and husband,
she was preceded in death by her brother, Larry G. Gutshall, and his wife Linda.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Finland Mennonite Church Cemetery, 1685 Upper Ridge Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073. A memorial service celebrating Gloria's life will be held on Thursday October 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Dock Woods Derstine Chapel, Lansdale, Pa.
