Geneva C. Martin, age 92, of Souderton, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late James R. Martin, with whom she shared over 44 years of marriage.

Born July 1, 1933, in Broadway, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charlotte Comer.

Geneva is survived by her daughter Patricia Schaffer and her husband Jeffrey.

Geneva was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother, Catherine Holsinger, Rosalie Whits, Eleanor Kaufman and Donald Comer.

Geneva graduated from Eastern Mennonite High School and went on the receive her nursing degree from Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She was a registered nurse and spent most of her career working at the former Sacred Heart Hospital in Norristown. After semi-retiring, she worked at Rockhill Retirement Community part-time for a couple years until fully retiring.

A viewing for Geneva will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford. A visitation will take place on Wednesday July 30, 2025, at Souderton Mennonite Homes Chapel from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM, where a memorial service will immediately follow.
