Fran Eisele, 82, of Harleysville, died peacefully in her sleep on Friday, November 26, 2021. She was the wife of the late Joseph Eisele, to whom she was married for 49 years prior to his death in 2013.

Born in the Bronx, New York, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Meehan) Sandow.

Fran worked as a laboratory technician in a biology research lab at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan prior to moving to Pennsylvania to raise a family. Once her children were in school, she spent years working as a nurse's aide in nursing homes, in private practice, and with hospice. She enjoyed gardening and knitting and volunteered at the Indian Valley YMCA for many years.

She is survived by her three sons, Jim, Sean, and Ken, and 5 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 8, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969, where the family will receive friends from 10-11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice Foundation of America ( hospicefoundation.org ) or the Indian Valley YMCA.
