Eugene 'Buddy' Stanwood Rich, Jr., age 66, of Hatfield, passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Kathleen (Kerr) Rich with whom he shared over 39 years of marriage.

Born July 31, 1957, in Westfield, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Eugene Stanwood, Sr. and Betty Ann (Tarr) Rich. Buddy was a modern-day Renaissance man. He enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, fishing, a cold beer and good ol' rock n' roll.

In addition to his wife Kathleen, he was the beloved son-in-law of Dennis and JoAnn Kerr. He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Sandra and Michael Muller; children Thomas Rich and his wife Stephanie, Eric Rich and his wife Heather, April Murphy and her husband Charles; grandchildren M'Liss, Mia, Charleigh, Lily, Kimber, Anthony and Ryan; siblings Patricia Mack and her husband Michael, Walter Rich
and his wife Sandy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by infant brother Tommy Rich; sister Katherine Urban and her husband Frank.

Services for Eugene will take place at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024, at the Williams- Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA, where the family will greet guests from 2:00 – 2:45 PM. Interment will be private.
