Eleanor C. "Toot" Moyer, age 82, most recently of Souderton Mennonite  Homes, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, March 9. She was the wife of the late William C. "Bill" Moyer of Blooming Glen.

Born in Harleysville, she was a daughter of the late Warren R. and Ella Mae (Clemens) Henning.  Eleanor graduated from Souderton High School, Class of 1957 and continued to work in her family's grocery store, Henning's Market, until the birth of her first child.

Eleanor loved people and wanted them to know Jesus. She was a longtime member of Grace Bible Church, Souderton where her ministries included prison, choir, youth group volunteer, visitation, hospitality, small groups and women's ministries.  She is survived by three children: W. Scott Moyer of Perkasie, Steven R. Moyer and wife Margery of Souderton, and Susan L. Tucker and husband Loren of Puyallup, WA.; six grandchildren: David Tucker and wife Lydia, Kristiana Faubion and husband Jeffrey, Danielle Tucker, Jordan Tucker, Megan Moyer and Greta Moyer; and one sister, Carol Henning- Franczyk.  In addition to her husband Bill and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Alderfer, and her brother, Robert Henning.

Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial service & visitation on Sat., March 26, at Grace Bible Church, 423 Main St., Souderton 18964. Visitation will be 1:00-3:00PM with memorial service beginning at 3:00PM. Burial took place at Zion Memorial Gardens, Franconia Twp., at the convenience of the family.
