Elaine F. Hagar, age 85, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday morning, Dec. 31, 2024, at The Community at Rockhill, Sellersville. She was the wife of the late H. Howard Hagar Jr, who died May 5, 2023.

Born in Sellersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Violet (Cheessman) Fredericks. Elaine graduated from North Penn High School, where she was a majorette. Shortly after high school, she married H. Howar Hagar Jr. The couple lived in the North Penn Area, all their married life. They had celebrated 64 years of marriage, when Howard died. Elaine and Howard were members of Calvary Baptist Church,
Lansdale, where Elaine taught Sunday School. Later they were members of Bethel Baptist Church, Sellersville, where Elaine was employed by Upper Bucks Christian Day Care, Sellersville. She enjoyed knitting baby blankets and hats which she gave to her
children and grandchildren. She loved coloring books, word search puzzles and UNO.

Mrs. Hagar is survived by four children: ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one sister-in-law Joan Fredericks, one niece and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother David W. Fredericks February 26, 2020.

Viewing Monday, Jan. 6, 2025, from 10:00-11:00AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00AM at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, 667 Harleysville Pike (Rt. 113), Telford, (Franconia Township) PA 18969 with Pastor Adam Larew officiating. Burial follows at Whitemarsh Memorial Park.
