Obituary

Dolores C. Flynn, 91, of Souderton, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022.  She was the wife of the late Joseph Flynn.  Joe and Dolores raised their family in Southampton, PA before retiring to Hidden Springs Community.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Elizabeth Ecker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ethel Palmero, and brother, Martin (Bud) Ecker.  Dolores was a graduate of Little Flower High School, class of 1949.

She was an active member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, Hatfield, where she had worked in the parish office and served as a Eucharistic Minister.

Dolores is survived by her six children, Joan Flynn, Michele Lanzetta (Rock), Nancy Bunch (Richard), Dolores Johnson, Joseph Flynn (Theresa) and Jack Flynn (Kelly).   She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, October 23, from 2-4 PM at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969 and again on Monday, October 24 from 9:30-10:15 AM at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, 19440, where a funeral mass will follow at 10:30.  Interment will be in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
