Deborah Ann Landis, age 67, of Lansdale, died peacefully Friday evening, August 26, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of J. Edward Landis for eleven years.
Born in Glenside, she was a daughter of the late Leonard J. and Candida D. (Cutillo) Dougherty. Deborah graduated from Upper Dublin High School, Class of 1972 and attended Temple University.
Prior to retirement, she was employed by the Philadelphia Inquirer in excess of 20 years, first in Operations Management then later in advertising sales. Deb enjoyed antiquing, reading, crafts, decorating and travel. She also enjoyed hosting friends and family at their home.
In addition to her loving husband, J. Edward, she is survived by: Gloria Landis and husband James of Harleysville, Suzanne Dougherty of Hatboro, Stepson Nathan B. Landis and his wife Rebecca and their children: Lilly, Leah, Laura and Lucy, all of Brockport, NY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Leonard Dougherty, Jr.
A memorial services will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, October 8, at the Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, 18969, where the family will greet friends from 10:30-11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Last Chance Ranch
