Christine Marie Alderfer, age 73, of Schwenksville, passed away on the evening of October 23, 2023. Born November 28, 1949, in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late Frank Allen and Francis Kathryn (Crowell) Koons.

Christine is survived by her children, son Zachary Alderfer and his wife Stephanie, son Aaron Alderfer and his wife Stephanie, daughter Courtney Alderfer; grandchildren Charlotte, Madelyn, Carson, and Abigail Alderfer; siblings Susan Osberg and her husband John, Mark Koons, Andrew Koons, and Marta Koons; and stepmother Mary Jane Koons. She is also survived by nephews, cousins, and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Richard and Matthew Koons.

Christine was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and sister as well as a kind and thoughtful friend. She was a graduate of Souderton Area High School in 1967, earned a bachelor's degree from Gwynedd Mercy University and an MBA from St. Joseph's University. She loved to read, bake, sew, and was a passionate Philly sports fan. Christine enjoyed swimming in her pool, playing cards with her friends, taking daytrips, and spoiling her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by so many.

A visitation will be held on November 16th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA 18969, and again on November 17, 2023, at Heidelberg United Church of Christ, 251 Perkiomen Avenue, Schwenksville, PA 19473, from 9:00 - 9:45 AM, with services following at 10:00 AM.

Interment will be private.
