Charles Carlton Force, age 91, of Telford, passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor Louise (Reese) Force, with whom he shared over 68 years of marriage.

Born October 19, 1933, in Salford, PA, he was a son of the late Charles H. and E. Violet (Bergey) Force.

Carlton was a member of Indian Creek Church of the Brethren, and a member of Wisdom Table with his friends. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, family vacations and working in his garden. He opened his carpentry business, Creative Remodeling and worked with his 2 sons and grandsons. He loved spending time at the cabin in Tioga County. Carlton was a devoted father, grandfather, great grandfather and a great-great grandfather.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Cynthia Limbert Frankenfield and her husband John of Harleysville, Rebeca Goetter and her husband Michael of Perkasie, Keith Force and his wife Joanne of Perkasie, Pamela Maciolek and her husband Kevin of Lansdale and Timothy Force and his wife Tonia of Salford; 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; sisters Marlene Bardman of Telford and Loretta Warriner and her husband Herbert of Red Hill. Carlton is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law Ronald Bardman.

A funeral service for Carlton will take place at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Indian Creek Church of the Brethren, 821 Main Street, Harleysville, where the family will greet guests from 10:00 – 10:45 AM. Interment will be private.
