Barbara (Ozoroski) Lotti, 84, of Harleysville, PA, passed away early Thursday morning, February 19, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospital – Upper Bucks Campus. She was preceded in death by her husband, Victor J. Lotti, on December 26, 2019.

Born November 24, 1941, in Pottstown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine (Bachmurski) Ozoroski. She was a 1959 graduate of Pottstown High School and attended Rudemar Beauty School in Philadelphia, PA.

Mrs. Lotti worked in sales for Sears and was a talented beautician. She also served as a dental office receptionist for Dr. George Matuch of Collegeville, PA.

Surviving are two children, Michael Karpinski of Harleysville, PA, and Cynthia Garson of Chestnut Hill, MA; a brother, Thomas Ozoroski and his wife, Kathleen, of Feasterville, PA; and three grandchildren, Paige Crowley and her husband Nate, Payton Garson and Colin Garson. She is also survived by nephews and a niece, Tom Ozoroski and his wife Lori, Mark Ozoroski and his wife Pam, and Terri Ozoroski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 11 am on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, PA, where the family will receive friends from 10-10:45 am. Interment will be private at St. John Neumann Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc. of Franconia, PA.
